Job summary

The Houston Texans seek a Gate Ambassador to enhance guest experience at games and events at NRG Stadium. The role involves assisting guests with tickets, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining knowledge of stadium operations to ensure smooth entry and a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide friendly, efficient customer service during entry at Houston Texans and other LSSE games and events. Help guests locate tickets in the Texans app or Account Manager, answer stadium-related questions, and perform other duties assigned by the Guest Experience and Ticketing department.

Qualifications

Attention to Detail Communication Customer Service Hospitality Interpersonal Skills Problem Solving

Candidates should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, a positive hospitality-focused attitude, and the ability to anticipate guest needs and respond appropriately. A high school diploma and customer service experience are preferred, along with familiarity with smartphones and the Texans ticketing app or Account Manager.
