Job summary

A Team Leader role in supported living services, responsible for leading a team, creating care plans, ensuring quality standards, and supporting individuals with disabilities and complex needs.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with complex needs. Oversee tailored care plans and ensure the service consistently meets CQC standards and quality improvements.

Care Planning Communication CQC Standards Flexibility Interpersonal Skills Leadership Legislation Knowledge Medication Administration Person-centred Approach Supportive Care

Requires previous leadership experience in health or social care, specifically within learning disability services. Candidates must have a solid understanding of CQC legislation and the flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
