Job summary

Provide bedside care and assist with medical procedures for patients in a hospital setting. Perform nursing tasks, document patient information, and support medical staff with examinations.

Responsibilities

The Patient Care Technician performs nursing procedures for patient comfort and maintains accurate clinical documentation. They also assist physicians with examinations and provide direct bedside care including phlebotomy and rehabilitation support.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess a High School Diploma and current CPR-BLS certification. One year of experience in an acute care inpatient environment and a Patient Care Tech or Nursing Assistant certification are preferred.
