Job summary

The Head of Talent & Careers will lead the development and execution of BSI's enterprise talent and career strategies, focusing on career development, talent management, succession planning, internal mobility, and organisational change to ensure the organization has the skills and leadership needed for future operations.

Responsibilities

The Head of Talent & Careers will lead the enterprise-wide strategy for talent management, succession planning, and career development. They will partner with senior leadership to design role architecture and frameworks that facilitate internal mobility and skill-based career progression.

Qualifications

Candidates must have significant experience in global talent and careers strategy within a professional organization. A degree-level education or equivalent professional experience is required, with preference for CIPD qualifications and Workday proficiency.
