Job summary

Registered Nurse in telemetry specializing in patient-centered care, assessment, education, and care planning within a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized, patient- and family-centered nursing care, including assessment, care planning, medication administration, education, and discharge coordination. Collaborate with patients, families, and interprofessional teams while applying evidence-based practices, maintaining safety, documenting care, and contributing to quality improvement.

Qualifications

Requires graduation from an accredited nursing school, at least one year of RN experience in an acute care setting, an active Pennsylvania RN license, and AHA Basic Life Support certification.
