Job summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs nursing functions, providing care and coordinating nursing services for residents with a focus on medication administration, assessment, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct nursing care and coordinates services to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of residents. They also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure regulatory compliance and oversee the administration of medications and treatments.

Qualifications
