Responsibilities

The Head of Facilities & Maintenance will lead the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of engineering services across a multi-site portfolio. They are responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing maintenance strategies, and managing contractor performance to ensure commercial impact.

Qualifications

Asset Management Budgeting & Forecasting Contractor Management Data Analysis Facilities Management Health & Safety Leadership Maintenance Operations Problem Solving Strategic Planning

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or engineering leadership roles, preferably within the hospitality or multi-site sectors. A recognized degree, diploma, or trade qualification in a relevant technical discipline is required.
