As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will lead the kitchen team to ensure high standards in food quality, hygiene, and safety while supporting team coordination during busy periods. Key responsibilities include food preparation, maintaining safety standards, resolving issues in the absence of management, and motivating the team.

Responsibilities

Lead the kitchen team to ensure service runs efficiently and every dish meets high quality standards. Deputise for management and coordinate the team during busy service periods to maintain operational flow.

Qualifications
