Job summary

Lead end-to-end software engineering efforts focusing on scalable, secure, compliant, and automated systems in a regulated environment with AI integration, driving technical standards and deployment excellence.

Responsibilities

You will design, build, and maintain production services while setting technical standards for architecture, code quality, and automated testing. You are expected to leverage AI coding agents to deliver high-quality software and ensure production accountability through instrumentation and incident response.

Qualifications

Candidates must have over 10 years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 3 years at a Staff or Principal level. Proficiency in modern backend languages, cloud infrastructure, and experience with compliance frameworks like CMMC or FedRAMP is required.
