Job summary

The Care Assistant role involves providing personal care, assisting with daily activities, and supporting independence for clients in their homes, ensuring high standards of compassionate care and adherence to regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and support to customers in their homes, including assistance with daily tasks, medication, and health monitoring. Maintain high standards of dignity and privacy while ensuring compliance with CQC requirements and safeguarding policies.

Candidates should have a good level of written and oral English and the ability to accurately complete electronic daily logs. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred for community-based travel.
