Job summary

The role involves configuring and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors modules related to recruiting, onboarding, and talent management. It requires partnering with global stakeholders, supporting system improvements, managing production changes, and supporting automation and process optimization.

Responsibilities

Configure and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding, and Talent Management modules to improve user experience and process efficiency. Partner with global stakeholders to deliver system improvements and resolve Tier 2/3 technical issues.

Qualifications

Automation Onboarding Performance & Goals Problem Solving Process Optimization Recruiting SAP SuccessFactors Stakeholder Management System Configuration Talent Management

Requires 3+ years of experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors in a global organization with strong hands-on configuration skills. A bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science is preferred, along with experience in RBP and multi-country HRIS processes.
