Tenstorrent is seeking a CPU Verification Fellow to lead verification strategy and execution for next-generation RISC-V high-performance processors, requiring deep CPU verification expertise, microarchitecture understanding, and leadership in verification methodology across simulation, formal verification, emulation, FPGA, and silicon.

Responsibilities

Lead the verification strategy and execution for next-generation RISC-V high-performance superscalar processors. Drive verification planning and scale test environments across simulation, formal verification, and post-silicon validation.

Requires deep expertise in verifying complex out-of-order, speculative CPUs and proficiency in SystemVerilog and UVM. Candidates must have strong knowledge of RISC-V architecture and experience with CPU reference models and instruction generators.
