Job summary

The Implementation Lead bridges customer needs and technical execution, translating complex requirements into scalable solutions, managing full implementation cycles, and acting as a trusted advisor for clients in a fast-paced, innovative startup setting.

Responsibilities

The Implementation Lead acts as the bridge between customer needs and technical execution, managing the full implementation cycle from kick-off to go-live. They are responsible for architecting and deploying bespoke AI agents while partnering with Account Executives to drive value for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

AI APIs Data Systems Javascript

Candidates must have 3–7 years of experience in a client-facing technical or analytical role with strong proficiency in APIs and Javascript. The role requires a product-oriented mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
