Private Duty Nurse (LPN) provides one-on-one in-home nursing care, following doctors' orders, monitoring patient conditions, performing assessments, and documenting care activities. The role involves travel to client homes, autonomy in skill performance, building client relationships, and working shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours.

Responsibilities

The nurse will travel to a client's home to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care and monitor patient conditions. Responsibilities include executing doctor's orders, performing assessments, and documenting observations and interventions.

Qualifications

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a current nursing license in good standing. Experience with Achondroplasia is preferred, though the company is willing to provide training.
