Job summary

The Senior Test Firmware Engineer at Anduril Industries is responsible for developing and maintaining test firmware and automation frameworks for validating advanced military hardware products, such as radio communication systems, in collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams. The role involves embedded C firmware development, Python scripting, test environment design, and troubleshooting across electrical and software boundaries.

Responsibilities

You will architect and build a unified test environment using target-side firmware and host-side execution frameworks to validate next-generation radio products. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage, debug hardware-software integration issues, and support product development from prototype to production.

Qualifications

C Electronics Testing Embedded Systems Hardware-in-the-Loop (HITL) JIRA LabView Microcontrollers Python Serial Communications (UART, CAN, SPI) Test Automation

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and at least 5 years of experience in Python and embedded C development. Proficiency in hardware-in-the-loop testing, communication bus protocols, and U.S. person status for export control compliance are required.
