Job summary

The Supply Chain Process & Analytics Manager at Aurora will lead operational excellence, process improvements, and system automation in the Global Purchasing and Supply Chain organization, focusing on data-driven decision-making, system enhancements, and cross-functional optimization.

Responsibilities

The manager will lead operational excellence for the Global Purchasing and Supply Chain organization by designing and maintaining process documentation and the organizational playbook. They will also drive system transformation and automation by serving as the primary business stakeholder for ERP enhancements and real-time dashboard deployment.

Qualifications

Data Visualization (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, Mode) ERP (NetSuite) Lean, Six Sigma P2P Platforms (Coupa) Process Mapping SQL/Python Supply Chain Process Optimization

Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in supply chain process optimization within high-growth technology or manufacturing industries. Proficiency in ERP platforms, data visualization tools, and process improvement frameworks like Lean or Six Sigma is required.
