Job summary

Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility under RN/LPN supervision in a hospital ICU setting. Perform technical duties including vital signs, point of care tests, bladder scans, Foley catheter care, and possibly phlebotomy and EKGs, while supporting patient safety and education.

Responsibilities

Assists patients with activities of daily living and supports the healthcare team under the direction of an RN or LPN. Performs technical duties such as monitoring vital signs and documenting patient status changes.

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma and completion of a PCT course, CNA program, or one year of direct patient care experience. BLS certification is mandatory.
