Responsibilities

The Sustaining Engineering Supervisor leads sustaining engineering activities and provides technical guidance to a team within the busbar division. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues, improve product quality, and manage engineering change processes.

Qualifications

2D drafting 3D modeling cross-functional collaboration design for manufacturability engineering change management manufacturing processes problem solving product quality improvement root cause analysis team leadership

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline and possess at least 5 years of experience in product design or sustaining engineering. Proficiency in 3D modeling, 2D drafting, and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes are required.
