Job summary

The Senior Platform Product Marketing Manager is responsible for defining and maintaining product positioning and ideal customer profile (ICP), creating a cohesive platform narrative that integrates ITSM, enterprise service management, and AI capabilities, and supporting product launches and marketing strategy in collaboration with product, sales, and marketing teams, mainly targeting B2B SaaS enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

You will define and maintain the overall product positioning and ideal customer profile for the platform while building a coherent narrative across ITSM, ESM, and AI capabilities. Additionally, you will partner with product and sales teams to translate innovations into market-ready positioning and support the quarterly launch rhythm.

Qualifications

The role requires 5+ years of experience in product marketing, specifically within B2B SaaS environments. You must demonstrate a proven track record of owning product narratives and possess strong stakeholder influence skills to align cross-functional teams.
