Construction Manager

Plan, coordinate, and lead construction activities, teams, labour, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to deliver project work safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual and programme requirements. Maintain HSE and quality standards through training, risk assessments, inspections, compliant work documentation, accurate records, and coordination with clients and project stakeholders.

The role calls for confident construction leadership, strong safety and compliance knowledge including the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, and experience managing complex mechanical, welding, and fabrication work in nuclear or other highly regulated environments. Listed training and qualifications include SMSTS, CSCS Supervisor, IOSH Managing Safely, NVQ Level 3 Occupational Work Supervision, City and Guilds in Engineering, and First Aid training; evidence of the right to work in the UK is required.
