Job summary

The Quality Technician checks product and process quality in manufacturing, ensuring compliance and supporting continuous improvement activities within departments. Responsibilities include auditing, troubleshooting, updating work instructions, and leading improvements.

Responsibilities

Audit and monitor manufacturing processes and products, report defects and deviations, and coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve issues. Lead departmental improvement activities, maintain quality and environmental instructions, monitor quality reports, and support VPS implementation, safety, and 5S practices.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with on-the-job training, basic computer skills, attention to detail, organization, time management, and communication skills.
