Job summary

As a Staff Software Engineer on the Security Engineering team, you will define and drive the technical strategy for identity and access at Harvey, focusing on authentication, authorization, privileged access, and AI-powered access management, developing complex identity systems and extending identity models to non-human identities.

Responsibilities

You will define and drive the technical strategy for identity and access management, including authentication and authorization for both customers and internal systems. You will also design and build complex identity systems from scratch while leading cross-functional initiatives to ensure secure and scalable access controls.

Qualifications

AI / Artificial Intelligence Authentication Authorization Cloud Infrastructure Designing Identity Platforms Distributed Systems Entitlement Modeling Identity and Access Management (IAM) Security Engineering Security Protocols and Standards

The role requires 10+ years of experience in building production software with deep expertise in identity and access engineering domains. Candidates must demonstrate strong technical leadership, experience with cloud infrastructure, and the ability to align cross-functional stakeholders on long-term architectural roadmaps.
