Job summary

Lead data-driven decision-making processes and manage a team handling business intelligence solutions at a NASA-focused engineering contract. Oversee technical projects involving Power BI, Power Apps, AI, and automation to improve business processes, manage stakeholder relationships, and support technology roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Business Intelligence & Integrated Services team, manage customer and stakeholder relationships, and oversee project priorities, schedules, risks, and commitments. Guide delivery and improvement of BI, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Smartsheet, automation, analytics, and AI solutions while supporting governance, budgets, licensing, and vendor relationships.

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in a related area and 15 years of experience, along with experience leading technical teams, projects, or BI and data initiatives. Candidates should have strong leadership, communication, organizational, and customer engagement skills, plus familiarity with BI, reporting, dashboards, data integration, process automation, and emerging technologies.
