Job summary

Process Engineer responsible for development, optimization, and troubleshooting of manufacturing processes in a medical device manufacturing environment. Requires experience with lean tools, data analysis, GMP standards, and project management within a fast-paced, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

The Process Engineer will lead process troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement projects to maximize production efficiency and cost savings. They are responsible for overseeing new and existing manufacturing workflows, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards, and managing equipment development and installation.

Candidates must hold a degree in Engineering (mechanical, electronic, or automation) and possess at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in lean tools, GMP, and structured problem-solving techniques is required, along with strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional team collaboration.
