Job summary

As an RN in the Long-Term Care department, you will deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educate residents and families, supervise staff, and promote resident dignity and quality of life. The role requires an accredited nursing program graduate, current Iowa RN license, BLS certification, and a passion for senior care.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will deliver high-quality nursing care, assess patient needs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement care plans. Additionally, they will educate residents and their families while supervising nursing staff to ensure a high quality of life.

Qualifications

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program and hold a current Iowa RN license. BLS certification is required, and while long-term care experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
