Job summary

The Global Manager - Core IT Platform Services leads the management, governance, and improvement of enterprise applications including ERP, HRIS, Finance, and Procurement systems. Responsible for platform lifecycle, standardization, vendor management, and ensuring secure, reliable, and compliant solutions. Requires strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership in a global, multinational environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the lifecycle management, governance, and continuous improvement of global enterprise applications including ERP, HRIS, and Finance platforms. Act as a bridge between business engagement and technical teams to ensure platform scalability, reliability, and alignment with IT strategy.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business, with 10+ years of IT experience and 7+ years managing enterprise platforms. Must have a proven track record in global platform standardization and vendor management within multinational organizations.
