Job summary

The Design Assurance & CDM Lead supports the management of design risk, CDM compliance, and design integration activities for the HS2 Track programme. They facilitate collaboration among design partners, ensure health and safety considerations are embedded throughout the design process, and promote Safe by Design principles, coordinating design reviews, risk assessments, and occupational hygiene considerations.

Qualifications

CDM Compliance Design Assurance Design Integration Design Reviews Design Risk Management Health & Safety by Design Multidisciplinary Collaboration Occupational Hygiene Risk Assessment Stakeholder Coordination

Requires extensive experience in design management and CDM coordination within major infrastructure or rail projects. A strong understanding of Construction (Design and Management) Regulations and a health and safety qualification like NEBOSH are highly desired.
