Job summary

Provides general nursing care to patients in diverse healthcare settings, performs assessments, plans and evaluates care, and participates in process improvements. Requires Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and BSN after 5 years.

Responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care to assigned patients and families, including assessing health status, planning and implementing care, and evaluating patient responses and outcomes. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, delegate tasks appropriately, and participate in improvement activities focused on clinical quality, customer satisfaction, safety, and efficiency.
