Job summary

Seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to oversee client implementations, manage project timelines, and ensure client satisfaction within a cybersecurity and AI solutions provider. Responsibilities

The Implementation Manager will lead client onboarding projects, manage timelines, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. They will also provide mentorship to junior staff, host training webinars, and assist with pre-sales activities.

Qualifications
