Job summary

A solution architect on the presales team works closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to design, present, and demonstrate solutions that address customers' business challenges, providing technical guidance throughout the sales cycle. The role involves engaging with clients, leading opportunities, delivering presentations, and supporting internal and external initiatives with a focus on AI, Power Platform, and Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

AI & Machine Learning Azure Customer Engagement Microsoft 365 Natural Language Processing Power Platform Presentation Skills Problem Solving Solution Architecture Technical Consulting

Requires over 10 years of experience in solution architecture or technical consulting within the software industry. Must possess strong expertise in AI, ML, NLP, and the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure and M365.
