Job summary

Provide clinical mental health support during overnight shifts, including crisis assessment, safety planning, and care coordination. Use clinical skills and AI tools to connect members to appropriate resources and ensure safety. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and document clinical interactions in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Responsibilities

Provide in-the-moment clinical support, crisis intervention, and psychoeducation to members via a phone queue. Coordinate care plans and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a seamless member experience.

Qualifications
