Job summary

This is a founding engineering role at a YC-backed enterprise AI startup building an agentic operating system enabling businesses to deploy and orchestrate AI agents at scale. The role involves owning large product areas, building reliable agentic systems, working at the frontier of AI engineering, and contributing to product shaping from user insights to deployment, with full-stack responsibilities and AI-first development practices.

Responsibilities

Own large product areas end-to-end, from user research and scoping through to production deployment. Build and improve agentic systems while championing AI-first development practices.
