Nebius seeks a Technology Commercial Legal Counsel to handle drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer and vendor agreements, support privacy and data protection compliance, and advise on legal and regulatory matters for a tech company specializing in AI cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

The counsel will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and technology agreements while serving as the primary legal partner for Go-to-Market teams. Additionally, they will manage global privacy compliance and provide legal guidance on regulatory matters across the organization.
