Responsibilities

The Steward is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment by sanitizing equipment and managing back-of-house spaces. They support the culinary team by ensuring a steady flow of clean supplies and adhering to strict food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States and obtain a Hawaii State Department of Health TB clearance card. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work weekends and holidays are required.
