Job summary

The role involves driving manufacturing improvements using Best in Class and World Class Manufacturing principles, analyzing manufacturing data and addressing issues, supporting NPI activities, and participating in team and process development to optimize production efficiency.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will drive process improvements using World Class Manufacturing principles and manage manufacturing metrics to optimize performance. They will also participate in cross-functional team activities, including DFM analyses, NPI activities, and systemic root cause investigations.

Qualifications

Data Analysis Electronics Manufacturing FMEA Lean Manufacturing Manufacturing Processes Process Improvement Quality Control Root Cause Analysis Six Sigma SPC (Statistical Process Control)

Candidates must hold at least an HND in Manufacturing or Production Engineering and possess strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes. The role requires an analytical self-starter with experience in Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma, and process FMEA development.
