Join our supportive team as a Care Assistant to support daily living, provide person-centred care, promote independence, and build relationships with residents and families in an older adults’ home.

Responsibilities

Provide person-centred care and support for daily living activities to ensure the comfort, safety, and wellbeing of older residents. Build supportive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues while promoting resident independence.

Qualifications

No prior experience in social care is required, as the role focuses on values, motivation, and the ability to provide high-quality care. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK as sponsorship is not available.
