Databricks is seeking a Manager of GEO & AI Search Optimization to enhance visibility across AI answer engines and organic search, utilizing technical SEO, content strategy, and AI ecosystem expertise. The role involves building experimentation programs, ensuring technical health for crawlability, embedding best practices, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve search performance and business impact.

Responsibilities

You will own the full lifecycle of short-form video production, from planning and storyboarding to editing and publishing for brand channels. You will transform raw footage from subject matter experts into high-performing, platform-native content while integrating AI tools into the production workflow.
