Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Technician provides direct support, monitoring, and guidance to individuals in residential treatment to promote a supportive recovery environment. They are responsible for accurate documentation, care coordination, and assisting with daily facility operations including meal service and housekeeping.

Qualifications

Care Coordination Client Monitoring Communication Compliance & Confidentiality Crisis De-escalation Documentation & Billing Facility Management Problem Solving Relationship Building Support & Guidance

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or G.E.D. and have previous experience as a client advocate or PCA. Applicants must also pass background and drug screenings, hold a valid driver's license, and be at least 25 years of age.
