Job summary

The Site Manager will lead daily fire remediation and façade projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion by coordinating activities from design to handover, supervising trades, managing risks, and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

The Site Manager will lead the day-to-day delivery of fire remediation and façade projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. They will coordinate all activities from design and procurement through to on-site installation and final handover.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess SMSTS and CSCS certifications, along with a strong background in construction site management and subcontractor coordination. A construction-related qualification such as an HNC, HND, or degree is preferred, as is experience in fire remediation or façade works.
