Responsibilities

Assist clients with travel questions and coordinate travel options, bookings, and arrangements such as cruises, vacation packages, tours, and hotels. Communicate with suppliers, maintain accurate client and booking records, share current travel information, and support clients before and after travel.

Qualifications

Candidates should have strong customer service and communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and be comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Familiarity with email, online platforms, and basic computer tools is expected; prior customer service or travel experience is helpful but not required.
