Job summary

Experienced Contract Manager overseeing Hard FM contracts, including delivery of maintenance, client liaison, and contract performance management involving mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

The Contract Manager will take operational and commercial ownership of a portfolio of Hard FM contracts, ensuring the delivery of mechanical, electrical, and building-services maintenance. They will lead engineering teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure all contractual SLAs and KPIs are met while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
