Qualifications

AML Controls Development Customer Due Diligence Financial Crime Fraud Investigation Risk Assessment Sanctions Transaction Monitoring

Candidates must have a proven track record of leading first-line financial crime functions at scale within fintech, neobanks, or traditional banks. Strong expertise in AML, sanctions, fraud, and operational performance management is essential, along with experience in technology strategy and executive-level reporting.
