Job summary

A Senior Project Manager will oversee the delivery of complex HVDC construction projects, managing teams, contracts, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Project Managers and oversee complex construction projects and contracts, coordinating work packages to deliver safely, on time, and within budget. Manage governance, commercial and financial controls, stakeholder relationships, contractor performance, safety, quality, risk, and project reporting.

Requires substantial senior-level experience delivering large-scale construction projects and programmes, ideally involving high-voltage overhead lines, substations, or converter stations, along with a relevant degree or equivalent. Candidates should have experience leading Project Managers and managing complex contracts, major capital budgets, governance, and stakeholder relationships, as well as a full clean UK driving licence.
