Job summary

Lead architecture and technical strategy for healthcare software systems, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant solutions across product platforms, guiding engineering teams, and overseeing complex system integrations and optimizations.

Responsibilities

The Principal Engineer will drive the overarching technical vision and architectural strategy across the engineering organization to modernize core B2B and consumer platforms. They will lead complex technical initiatives, mentor engineering staff, and ensure systems meet high-performance, security, and healthcare compliance standards.

Qualifications

API Design & Integration AWS Distributed Systems Healthcare Data Standards JavaScript PostgreSQL Python Ruby on Rails Security & Compliance TypeScript

Candidates must have 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role, including deep expertise in AWS, PostgreSQL, and modern web frameworks. A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required, along with specific domain expertise in HealthTech or highly regulated environments.
