The Principal HSED Engineer – Fire Protection provides technical leadership and expertise in fire protection engineering for oil and gas projects, overseeing design, studies, specifications, and calculations across project phases, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing subcontractors, supporting client interactions, and ensuring compliance and safety.

Responsibilities

The Principal Engineer provides technical leadership in fire protection engineering for oil and gas projects throughout the design phases. They are responsible for developing engineering designs, studies, and specifications while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and managing subcontractors.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas or Louisiana. A minimum of six years of fire protection engineering experience in the oil and gas industry is required, along with U.S. citizenship.
