Job summary

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Active Learning Bioinformatics Deep Learning Genomics Data Analysis Machine Learning Model Development Model Training & Evaluation RNA Biology Sequence Design Sequence-Function Prediction

Requires a PhD or equivalent in ML, computational biology, or a related quantitative field with hands-on experience building models for DNA or RNA. Must be proficient in frameworks like PyTorch or JAX and possess a strong understanding of sequence-function prediction.
