The Manufacturing Engineer III supports production operations in a manufacturing environment by designing processes, implementing continuous improvements, leading Lean initiatives, managing CAPEX projects, and collaborating with design and engineering teams to improve manufacturability, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

The Manufacturing Engineer III will support production operations by designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency. They will lead cross-functional teams, manage CAPEX projects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean and Kaizen.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment and hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering. Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and ERP systems is required, along with strong knowledge of Lean methodologies and project management.
