Job summary

As a Production Recruiting Lead for the CW Division at Anduril Industries, you will be responsible for leading all production and manufacturing recruitment efforts, aligning talent acquisition strategies with business goals, executing complex hiring initiatives, and building strong relationships with senior leadership in a high-tech defense environment.

Responsibilities

The Production Recruiting Lead will own end-to-end hiring outcomes for the Connected Warfare division, including headcount planning and demand forecasting. They will act as a player-coach, personally executing critical senior-level hires while directing the efforts of the centralized recruiting team.
