Job summary

A Home Infusion Nurse provides infusion therapy in patients' homes, including IV treatments, assessments, patient education, and coordination with care teams. Requires RN licensure, clinical skills, and the ability to work independently with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

The Home Infusion Nurse will administer various IV therapies and monitor patient responses in their homes. They are also responsible for maintaining venous access devices and coordinating care with physicians and pharmacists.

Candidates must hold an active RN license in New Jersey and possess 1-2 years of relevant infusion or home health nursing experience. Proficiency in IV insertion and the ability to work independently with reliable transportation are required.
