Job summary

Manage online OEM automotive parts orders, communicate with customers, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and support high-volume e-commerce operations.

Responsibilities

Manage online OEM automotive parts orders from customer inquiry through fulfillment, including verifying parts and pricing, coordinating shipping, and communicating order status. Resolve order issues and escalations, document customer interactions, support other representatives, and identify opportunities to increase sales and customer retention.

Qualifications

Previous automotive parts experience is required, with 2 or more years preferred and dealership parts experience strongly preferred. Candidates should know OEM parts and part numbers, have experience with online ordering and fulfillment, and demonstrate strong customer service, communication, organization, computer, and problem-solving skills.
